Photograph

To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, I need your permission before I can photograph or make any recordings of your child whilst in my care.

Some of these images may be used on my website (www.little-darling.co.uk), shown to an Ofsted inspector or other approved persons to illustrate how I care for your child.
 
Webcam recordings will be strictly controlled using a password so that only parents whose child is under my care will have access to view these.

Please note that websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom where UK law applies.

Procedure (how I put the policy into practice)

This form is valid for seven years from the date you sign it. The consent will automatically expire after this time.

I will not use the personal details or full names (which means first name and surname) of your child in a photographic image on video, on my website or in any of our other printed publications without good reason.

I will not include personal e-mail or postal addresses, or telephone or fax numbers on video, on my website or in other printed publications.

I may use group photographs or footage with very general labels, such as “a science activity” or “making Christmas decorations”.

I will only use images of your child when suitably dressed, to reduce the risk of such images being used inappropriately.
